On a self-hosted WordPress.org site, you can paste the Tally embed code into a Custom HTML block on any plan. On WordPress.com, adding embed code requires a plan that supports plugins and custom code.
Embed with the block editor

Publish
- Go to the
Sharetab of your form and chooseStandard
