Exercise 1 - 312 (The 7G's)

Set a daily intension to use the tool "The 7 G's" five times today. Think of your 7G's with as much emotion as possible. After completing your 7G's think to yourself, "I will have a great life no matter how hockey goes. I truly have nothing to lose." Now we are anchoring in our Higher Brain and we feel good. Describe below your specific 7G's and how you applied the tool today.
