Vending Fee:

You are expected to make payment at the time of filling out your vendor form. If you do not make payment your vending space is not confirmed. We will close the vending application when all spaces are full.

If you are wanting to provide an experience during Dancing in the Streets (dance lessons, art performance or something like this) please fill out this application.
If you are a musician please fill out this application.

Responsibilities

- You are required to have insurance and provide MidTown with a Certificate of Liability. Please see insurance requirements here (you can download this information and email it directly to your insurance company).
- You are required to sign the MidTown Liability Waiver
- Please ensure you come fully prepared with your setup. We do not have electricity or wifi available.

- Before you proceed with this form, make sure you have your City of Reno business license ready, you will need your license number to submit this form. YOUR CITY LICENSE NUMBER STARTS WITH AN R. This is not your state license which starts with an NV

- If you don't have a city license number, there's an option to obtain a one-day license for an additional $30.

- If you are an alcohol vendor and you don’t have a catering license there is an additional $75 fee.
- If you have a food or beverage truck or trailer, please provide your active Northern Nevada Public (NNPH) Health permit number, which will start with an H. If you will be operating from a pop-up/temporary set-up, you will need to apply for a temporary food permit with NNPH at least 2 weeks in advance of the event start date
- Temporary Food Permits are required for mobiles that are permitted outside of Washoe County and any brick-and-mortar food establishment operating outside of their building.
- All vendors must be insured and have works comp if you have employees.
