2025 Experiences at Dancing in the Streets Application

Thanks for your interest in bringing an experience to Dancing in the Streets!

This is a great opportunity to showcase your talents, engage with the community and be a part of one of Reno’s most exciting events. Last year, Dancing in the Streets had 28k attendees and we are planning to be even bigger this year!

Some past experiences have included dance lessons, music lessons, art workshops, group mural painting, roller skating, buskers (street musicians), cheer team performances, inflatable lungs, a dog play area—you get the idea! We’re always looking for creative and interactive experiences to make the event even more memorable.

We’d love to hear what you have in mind! Once you submit your application, our team will review it and reach out with next steps.

Please note: If you are not selling anything and are actively providing an experience, you will not be charged a vendor fee.

You are also required to have insurance and provide MidTown with a Certificate of Liability. Please see insurance requirements here (you can download this information and email it directly to your insurance company).
