"Happiness Quotient" is an assessment model designed to help individuals numerically evaluate their overall happiness. Rooted in positive psychology, the Happiness Quotient recognizes that happiness is a fundamental part of the human condition and instrumental to social flourishing. Happiness Quotient hopes to integrate measures of environmental sustainability, social cohesion, mental health, and other quality of life factors into the traditional GDP index when measuring economic flourishing.
