These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the digital art project “GlobalOneSpot”.
2. Description of the Service
GlobalOneSpot is an artistic, digital community project.
Participants have the opportunity to submit an image that becomes part of a visual, global composition.
3. Participation Fee
Participation requires a one-time fee of 1 EUR.
Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe.
4. Digital Service
The offered service is a digital service.
No physical product will be delivered.
5. No Right of Withdrawal
By completing the payment and submitting content, the participant expressly agrees that the digital service will begin immediately.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal exists.
6. Participant Content
Participants confirm that they own all necessary rights to the uploaded images.
Submitted content may be used and displayed as part of the GlobalOneSpot project.
7. Liability
No specific placement or visual prominence of submitted content is guaranteed.
The project represents an artistic presentation, not a commercial advertising promise.
8. Final Provisions
The laws of the Republic of Austria apply.
The place of jurisdiction is Austria, insofar as legally permissible.
