re-rez form

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This form is not a FIRST TIME delivery form. this form is FOR re-rez which means if you moved OR LOST YOUR ITEMS and need your rezzers OR SKYBOX re-dropped. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A FIRST TIME DELIVERY, FILL OUT THE DELIVERY FORM HERE . FILLING THIS FORM OUT AS A DELIVERY FORM MAKES THINGS CONFUSING. THANK YOU.
• it can take up to 3-4 days to receive your items during events or sales, however most times its within a day or two.
• only one land is permitted to have the rezzers/SKYBOX on per person. example: if you have multiple lands, you can’t have the same rezzers/SKYBOX on both. DOING SO CAN RESULT IN PERMANENT BAN FROM ENIGMA SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RETURNED YOUR CURRENT ITEMS BEFORE REQUESTING A RE-REZ. THIS PREVENTS YOU HAVING BUILDS DROPPED FOR OTHERS FOR FREE WHEN IT WAS ONLY PURCHASED ONCE BY YOU.
• you must have build, run scripts and object entry enabled in your land settings. if build is off upon delivery, you will be charged a re-rez fee to return. we do not join groups to be able to rez on lands.
• if your land is locked or you have a security orb, make sure to add kendalmilli.BELMONTE to the access or unlock the land until your delivery has been made.
• RE-REZ PRICES ARE l$3000 FOR total REZZERS you own AND l$4000 per SKYBOX.
• YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE RE-REZZED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. YOU MUST MAKE THE PAYMENT AT THE MAINSTORE BY PAYING THE RE-REZ VENDER at the reception desk PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THIS FORM. the form will be ignored if YOU DID NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT.
