Thank you for choosing Enigma. Please read our store policy carefully prior to submitting the form.

• no refunds will be given unless double purchased.

• as a premade store, nothing will go into your inventory. when you purchase, you will get a object named after what you bought for your reference.

• you have 15 days to submit this form after purchase. if you fail to do so, you will be required to pay a re-rez fee.

• it can take up to 3-4 days to receive your items during events or sales, however most times its within a day or two.

• upon delivery of your rezzers, you will be sent a group tag. you must WEAR IT for the rezzers to work. if your friends or family want a group tag they will either have to buy a rezzer or buy the tag for L$2000.

• drops are in order of the received forms, so if you share a plat with friends or family, you may receive your rezzers at different times DUE TO THIS.

• do not move your rezzer or rez backdrops close to the sim boundary lines as it may get items returned and result in a re-rez charge to get the rezzer replaced if something happens to it. your rezzer is placed in a safe area of the plat, if you choose to move them later you can, HOWEVER BE MINDFUL OF THAT. there's border trackers you can use to see where your border is in the sky.

• only one land is permitted to have the rezzers/SKYBOX on per person. example: if you have multiple lands, you can’t have the same rezzers/SKYBOX on both. DOING SO CAN RESULT IN PERMANENT BAN FROM ENIGMA SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RETURNED YOUR ITEMS BEFORE REQUESTING A RE-REZ IN THE FUTURE. THIS PREVENTS YOU HAVING BUILDS DROPPED FOR OTHERS FOR FREE WHEN IT WAS ONLY PURCHASED ONCE BY YOU.

• its recommended to have 2000 available prims on the land for rezzers. backdrop prims are shown on all pictures.

• You must have Build, Run Scripts, and Object Entry enabled for EVERYONE in your land settings — NOT Group. Group-only permissions will not allow the rezzer to function properly without the owner/creator present in that group.

We do not join land groups in order to rez deliveries or make rezzers function due to group slot limitations.

If Build is disabled upon delivery and we are unable to rez your order, you will be charged a re-rez fee for us to return.

• if your land is locked or you have a security orb, make sure to add KENDALMILLI.BELMONTE to the access or unlock the land until your delivery has been made.

• RE-REZ PRICES ARE l$3000 FOR total REZZERS you own AND l$4000 per SKYBOX.

• MAKE SURE YOUR PLAT IS ATLEAST OVER 1000 METERS ABOVE GROUND. A LOT OF LAND OWNERS WILL RETURN ANYTHING BELOW THAT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A RE-REZ FEE TO HAVE ANY REZZERS OR SKYBOXES MOVED OR REDROPPED.

• I KINDLY ASK FOR NO DISTRACTIONS WHILE YOUR ITEMS ARE GETTING DROPPED, THIS HELPS AVOID ANY MISTAKES BEING MADE and makes the process faster.
