An extension cost will be automatically processed by our team if your rotation stays with you for longer than a month (your due date will be on your user page, and an email reminder will be sent a week before your due date).

With low margins as our commitment, your subscription provides long-term value. We are unable to process refunds for rotations if you haven't completed the minimum 3-month term.

You understand that a $20 remote charge (GST inclusive) will be added to your subscription if your address is a PO box, or is in a remote area.
