I grant the Freelance Business Community (Organiser) the right to record, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my presentation, including any accompanying materials (slides, handouts, etc.), in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to online video platforms, podcasts, and promotional materials.

I authorise the Organiser to: Record my presentation in audio and/or video formats. Use my name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the use and promotion of the presentation. Edit the recording for length or clarity without misrepresenting the original content.

I release and discharge the Organiser and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to the use of the recordings or materials as described above.

I affirm that I own the rights to or have obtained permission to use all content (e.g., images, videos, audio clips, text) included in my presentation. I retain the copyright to my materials, but grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for educational and promotional purposes for the purpose of freelance education only.
