A benchmark survey of HR and People leaders - 2026
Thank you for taking part. This survey examines how HR teams sustain
employee recognition, connection and belonging at a time of leaner teams, tighter budgets and changing ways of working.
I am running it to understand the real practices, constraints and
priorities of HR leaders and where the biggest struggles lie in fostering a culture of belonging. Responses are analyzed in aggregate only, and every participant who opts in will receive the full benchmark report.
