CRO Designer/Developer - Customers Who Click

Are you tired of design and build work that never gets tested against real results?

We're Customers Who Click - a boutique CRO agency for DTC brands. We don't just make things look better, we build and test until we know what actually moves conversion. We're looking for a CRO Designer/Developer to build the tests, custom sections and page changes that come out of our research - and to help us build them faster using AI.
This is a full-time role, working with a fully remote team.
What you'll need:1. Shopify Liquid, custom sections, theme customisation - you can build, not just design 2. Strong grasp of the Shopify app ecosystem, and hands-on experience integrating various apps 3. A/B testing experience is a must - you understand test infrastructure, not just the code 4. Comfortable in Git, working independently, remote, shipping without hand-holding 5. You're proficient in use of AI (Claude especially) to move faster. 6. Basic understanding of CRO principles - you'll be building what our strategists design, not just working from static comps
