They will have demonstrated leadership in their field and achieved significant achievements during the past 12 months. They will have reached milestones in terms of project implementation that have allowed them to be recognised as a leader in their field. The individual will have established a solid foundation for working beyond boundaries and working in a collaborative ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria

Award nominees must: • be in the mid to late stages of their career (>10 years experience post penultimate degree). • work for an LSQ member industry organisation in any area of the life sciences industry or be willing to join prior to application submission. • not have won this award in the past five years. • not have served on the LSQ Board of Directors in the past three years.

Award Judging Criteria

Your submission should provide evidence to show you (or your nominee) has in the last 12 months: • made contributions that enhance the Queensland life sciences industry beyond your/their current role (eg. Industry liaison, government collaboration and/or influence, cross academic institution teamwork). • demonstrated servant leadership by inspiring and empowering others beyond their team/industry/institution. • implemented a significant project which benefits the life sciences industry in Queensland. • demonstrated partnerships which have helped raise Queensland's profile and capabilities
