Such usage may include but is not limited to, reusing and republishing in any and all media now or hereafter known, for the purposes of illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade without restriction, and to use my name, in the Company’s sole discretion, in connection with any such use. Further, I certify that all Content provided by me under this Agreement is owned by me and I am not violating any other agreements or rights of others by providing such Content to the Company. I further release and discharge the Company and its affiliates, employees and owners from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violations of any right of publicity or privacy.
