Growth - Intern

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

About

Anyaa is here to eliminate the job of running the kitchen.

We are a young consumer startup with real households using the product every day. We’ve found our fit, and now we’re setting up our full kitchen.

Two founders, a product that works, and a kitchen full of ideas. What we don’t have yet is you.

Role

You’ll work directly with the founders and the growth team to help Anyaa reach its first customers. You’ll make things, test them, and see within days whether people respond. Small team, real numbers, and a lot of room to try ideas.

Early growth is done by hand. You will be the first voice many families hear from Anyaa: welcoming them from the waitlist, setting up their kitchen, and learning what they need next.

What you'll own

1. Food content from Anyaa’s kitchen. Real food and real stories, made by you. You’ll plan it, shoot it, write it and publish it.

2. One channel, end to end. We’ll give you a channel to run, such as Instagram, WhatsApp communities or creator outreach. You’ll decide what to post, what to test and what to drop.

3. Early customers. Finding the first households who need Anyaa, talking to them, and learning why they stay or leave.

4. Experiments. Small tests on hooks, offers and messages, with a short note on what you tried and what you learned.

5. The numbers. A weekly view of what is working, in plain language, with your recommendation on what to do next.

Why human behaviour matters here

Food is habit, emotion, culture and identity. Nobody changes how they eat because they saw another ad. They change when something clicks: a trigger, a better option, a small win, a feeling that someone finally understands the pressure they are under. Growth here means understanding why people eat the way they do, and we care about that as much as we care about reach and conversion.

You’re our person if you

- Create content yourself, and have a page, channel or project with real followers or readers to show for it

- Have a good eye for what people will save, share and send to a family member

- Are curious about why people do what they do, and notice how families decide what to cook

- Use AI tools well for research, drafts and analysis, and edit the output until it sounds like a person wrote it

- Write clearly, in plain language

- Understand food and Indian households, and are a foodie

- Are self-directed, learn fast, and follow through without reminders

- Want to build from 0 to 1, not maintain something that already works

Nice to have

Video editing; Hindi or Kannada fluency; experience running a community, newsletter or small brand; a first-hand story of getting your first 50 or 100 followers or customers.

Not for you if

You’re not a foodie, you’d rather brief someone else than make the thing, or you’re not ready to talk to real customers.

What you get

- Real ownership over a channel from your first month

- Direct work with both founders, who build alongside you

- A product that people use every day

- A portfolio of work that went out under a real brand, with real numbers behind it

- A real chance of a long-term place in the team

- A health-first team trying to change how India eats
