Which Part of You Is Asking You to Come Home?

A gentle Six Pillar Self-Check inspired by Coming Home to Yourself.
You are not broken and you don't need to become someone new.
This quiz is simply an invitation to pause, notice, and reconnect with yourself.
Coming home to yourself begins with awareness so we can be conscious about our minds, our bodies, and our spirit.
How this works
You'll move through the six areas of self-awareness:
✨Mindset Awareness
✨Self-Care
✨Nervous System Awareness
✨Breaking Cycles & Emotional Patterns
✨Vibration & Energy
✨Surrender Control
For each statement, choose the response that feels most true for you right now.
Almost always - this feels true for me most of the time
Sometimes - this feels true for me some of the time
Rarely - this doesn't feel true for me very often
There are no perfect answers. This isn't a test you can pass or fail. It's simply a moment to notice where you are - and where you may be invited to come home to yourself.
Once you hit Submit, you will be directed to your personalized result based on your responses. It's simply an invitation to notice where you may be right now and explore what wants your attention.
Let's begin 🤍
PILLAR 1 - Mindset Awareness
Begin by noticing the thoughts, beliefs, and stories you carry about yourself.
Sometimes our minds pull us into the past - replaying conversations, mistakes, or moments we wish had gone differently.
Sometimes they pull us into the future - anticipating what might happen, planning every possibility, or worrying about what comes next.

PILLAR 2 - Self-Care
Coming home to yourself means learning to listen to what you need - and allowing those needs to matter.
Self-care isn't something you have to earn.
It can be rest. It can be saying no. It can be asking for help, creating a boundary, slowing down, or simply giving yourself permission to feel what you feel.
Begin noticing where you may be putting yourself last, and where you're ready to choose yourself with more compassion.

Your body is always giving you information. Coming home to yourself means learning to listen.
Notice the people, places, situations, and habits that leave you feeling overwhelmed, tense, drained, or unsettled.
Notice what helps you feel calm, grounded, and safe.
This is not a time for self-judgement. Instead, begin by becoming curious about what your body may be telling you.

PILLAR 4 - Breaking Cycles & Emotional Patterns
Awareness gives you the opportunity to choose differently.
Many of the patterns we carry were learned long before we realized we were even carrying them. People-pleasing, staying quiet to keep the peace, over giving, negative self-talk, or reacting from old wounds can become familiar ways of moving through life.
You don't have to judge yourself for these patterns. Just begin by noticing them.
Then, when you're ready, create a pause between the pattern and your response.

10. I can recognize patterns in the way I respond to situations, relationships, or conflict.

PILLAR 5 - Vibration & Energy
What you give your attention to, can shape how you experience your day.
Begin noticing what feels heavy and what feels expansive.
Pay attention to the people you spend time with, the environments you enter, what you consume, and the thoughts and emotions you give your energy to.
This isn't about ignoring difficult emotions or forcing yourself to feel positive. It's about acknowledging what you're feeling without judgement and becoming more intentional about what you want to cultivate.

13. I notice how the people, environments, conversations, and content around me affect how I feel.

A

PILLAR 6 - Surrender Control
Sometimes coming home means loosening your grip and trusting yourself enough to let life unfold.
Notice what you're trying to control.
Notice where you may be holding tightly to an outcome, replaying possibilities, or feeling like you need to know exactly what happens next.
Surrender does NOT mean giving up. It means releasing the need to control what is outside of you while continuing to take the actions that are yours to take.
Begin listening to your inner guidance. The next steps are there - you just need enough stillness to hear it.

16. I can recognize when I'm trying to control an outcome, situation, or someone else's actions.
