The Organisation Committee, Manivela Fikir Danışmanlığı Ltd. Şti., ERA TURİZM LTD. STI, Era Bodrum Sailing Club, The Race Committee, and their members and other officials shall not be liable for any damage, loss of property, injury, or loss of life that may occur during or as a result of THE BODRUM CUP. I hereby accept and undertake to comply with the provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, the Notice of Race, the Sailing Instructions and their Appendices, and any amendments thereto.

I agree and undertake to comply with all rules to be adopted and announced by The Race Committee during the race.
