Payment
- 50% deposit required before work begins. Remaining 50% due before final files are delivered.
- Payments via [your preferred method]. No refunds once work has started.
Revisions
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions included. Additional rounds billed at €25/hr.
- Major scope changes (new assets, style shifts) are treated as a new commission.
Timeline
- Estimated delivery discussed per project. Delays caused by slow client feedback do not count against my timeline.
Rights & Licensing
- You receive a non-exclusive commercial license unless exclusivity is explicitly agreed and priced.
- I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
- I retain full copyright. You may not resell or redistribute the raw files as standalone assets.
Cancellation
- If you cancel mid-project, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed beyond 50% will be invoiced proportionally.
What I need from you
- Clear brief and references upfront. Vague briefs = more revisions = longer timeline.
- Feedback within 5 business days or the project is paused.
