Resonance Session Intake

Thank you for being open to a Resonance session.

This is a body-led clarity session for people who feel they are on the threshold of a new chapter: when the old life no longer fully resonates, but the new one is not yet clear.

You do not need to have perfect answers. Short, honest, unfinished answers are completely welcome.

Resonance is not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support. It is a reflective, body-based session to help you listen to yourself more clearly and leave with one honest next step.

Your answers are private and will only be used by me to prepare for our session. Please share only what feels comfortable.

9. Is there anything about your body, nervous system, emotional state, or current life circumstances that would help me hold the session with care?

8. To help me personalize the session, please share your birth date, birth time, and birth place if available.*

I may use this to notice possible themes, patterns, and questions to explore. This will not be used to define you, predict your future, or tell you who you are. If you do not know your birth time, just write "unknown."

Optional Reflection Questions

The next questions are optional. Answer any that feel easy or alive. A few words are enough.

10. What do you want more of in this chapter of life?

11. What currently gives you energy?

12. What currently drains your energy?

13. Is there a version of you that feels ready to emerge, even if you cannot describe it clearly yet?

14. Where do you feel you may be proving, forcing, or overriding yourself?

Thank you. Please answer in whatever way feels honest. We will not need to cover everything in the form during the session. This simply helps us begin with more care and clarity.
