Event Name: Rock a' Blast! ‘26
Registration Fee: Free for external students
Venue: Architecture Block Pathway, VIT Bhopal University
Eligibility: Participants must be students of any university and must provide valid ID Card.
1. Performance Guidelines:
Maximum performance time (including sound check, entry and exit):
Round 1: -- 12-20 mins
Round 2: -- 25 - 35 mins
Maximum participants: 4 - 10 members per band (minimum 1 drummer/ percussionist and a maximum of 3 vocalists)
2. Judgement:
Prelims and Finals will be judged by a standard panel.
3. Registration and Payment:
Submit the registration form by the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
One representative from the band must:
- Register on behalf of the band.
- Make the total payment for the band.
- Upload a single payment receipt during registration.
No refund requests will be entertained.

If you face any issues with payment, please try again or seek help from a friend.
There may be glitches with certain banks, so ensure successful completion of payment.
2. Event Schedule:
The date and time for the finals are tentative and subject to change.
