A 50% Nonrefundable deposit is required when you place your custom order. Once your deposit is paid your name goes into the next available custom slot. To be fair to all of my customers I create my babies at a first come, first created basis and go directly down the list in order. Supplies are immediatelypurchased once your deposit is made. I will begin your order once it is your turn on the list. Reborns take around four weeks time to paint. Rooting takes around 2 to 3 weeks depending the size of head and thickness wanted. I can provide work in progress photos at request. Completion date is an estimate and not guaranteed. The remainder of your balance is due at completion of your baby. I ship USPS priority within two business days of receiving your final payment after the baby is made. I will provide a tracking number once I have shipped your baby. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Invoices will be canceled if not paid within this time frame. All custom sales are final.
