Custom Print Commissions

This form will collect details and send me an e-mail directly to review what you're looking to get for a custom cross stitch print. 

I will work with you to provide a customized print. I ensure high visual fidelity in all of my prints. Custom print designing fees range from $25 - 45 USD depending on complexity. Deposits for custom prints start at $25 USD and if our agreed price for the commission is higher than $25 USD, this deposit will be applied toward our agreed total. You will be provided at minimum one working draft for review and a final draft before the design before I make the design available on my website for you to purchase.

We will have an initial consult via e-mail about your commission prior to any work being done. Your custom print will be made available for purchase on my website in whatever quantity you desire - you will then be able to order copies of the print. My prints print and ship all over the world.

You can view ALL options I offer here. If you don't have any particular preference, I will default to cross stitches on Aida 1 (over 1). Over 1 indicates that each pixel/stitch will cover one square of the grid. Over 2 indicates that each pixel/stitch will cover 4 squares of the grid.

Digital items (design mockups) are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once delivered. If you have any issues accessing your files, please send me an e-mail directly and I will help you out from there. I acknowledge that I am paying both a design fee and will have to separately order my prints from prettystitchmachine.com. I am responsible for shipping costs and any applicable tariffs/taxes incurred in this process. I cannot hold prettystitchmachine responsible for shipping & handling issues, these must be resolved with the postal carrier. General turnaround time for custom patterns is 2-7 working days, depending on complexity and work load. I will always give you an estimated time during our initial consult. Pattern commissions are moved to the top of my work pile and are worked on in the order they are received. I reserve the right to reject any commission, in cases where no work has started, full refunds will be issued. ✹ A note on custom prints: Print production costs vary on the size of the print. The platform I use only allows for 'vertical' artwork in mockups, however your design can be horizontal, just be aware it will look sideways on the printed product mockup. ✹ I do offer the option to wholesale prints if you would like to sell them as merchandise.
