This is not about being the loudest voice in the room. It is about making the best idea win, then making it real at speed.

THE WORK

What you'll own

01  Find the idea

Bring the big, sometimes rough ideas from founders, talent partners, marketing, sales, product, agencies and creatives into one clear direction. Know which idea has heat and make it stronger without flattening it.

02  Bring your own

Create original campaign platforms, content formats, partnerships and cultural moments that make PRODA known and remembered. Own the creative and content roadmap and calendar, turning brand, growth, retail and cultural priorities into a clear rhythm of always-on work and big swings. Stay hands-on across briefs, treatments, scripts, storyboards, art direction and edits.

03  Build the world

Own one connected PRODA world across brand touchpoints.  At a creative level, partner closely with the team members who lead each marketing lever to ensure every channel feels distinct, cohesive, and rooted in one clear brand story. From social, paid, and email to DTC, Amazon, packaging, retail, OOH, events, and physical brand experiences. Evolve the visual language, guidelines, packaging architecture and storytelling so every expression fits the channel without ever feeling like a different brand.

04  Get it made

Own production from the first treatment through final delivery. Shape scope, budget, schedule, casting, crew, locations, directors, photographers, music, usage rights, post and quality control. Know where to spend, where to simplify and how to get scrappy without making the work feel small.

05  Build the crew

Lead, coach and develop the internal creative team. Set a high bar, give clear feedback and grow each person's craft. Build the external roster around them, then create a simple operating rhythm for briefs, reviews, approvals, resourcing, asset planning and delivery.

06  Make the work work

Partner with brand, social, growth, customer experience, R&D, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, PR and sales so the idea survives every real-world decision. Use consumer response, retailer feedback and performance data to make the work stronger without letting short-term metrics make the brand generic.

THE PERSON

Who you are

1.   A creative with a real craft of your own. Art direction, design, writing, filmmaking, directing, editing or something else that lets you raise the work in the room. You are still fluent enough in Adobe, Figma and editing or prototyping tools to stay close to the work.

2.   A portfolio full of produced work, not just good decks. You can show the line from the original idea to the thing people actually saw, held, watched or shared.

3.   Roughly 8-12+ years into your career, including at least two years in a Creative Director or comparable senior creative leadership role. The number is a guide. The work matters more.

4.   Comfortable moving between a major campaign and a fast, scrappy piece of social. You think quickly, work fast and know when to build the machine and when to just make the thing.

5.   Fluent across social, paid, e-commerce, retail and packaging, with a clear understanding of how one brand idea changes shape without losing meaning.

6.   Confident working with founders, high-profile talent, agencies and senior partners. You can invite useful challenge, make the call and explain why.

7.   A deep and current network of directors, photographers, stylists, editors, designers, production companies and specialist vendors in Los Angeles and beyond.

8.   A generous people leader with high taste and low ego. You set a clear bar, coach craft and judgment, give direct feedback and help different creative disciplines do their best work. Calm under pressure, organized in the details and ambitious about the idea.

You may come from an iconic consumer brand, a great agency, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sport, music or somewhere we have not thought of. Beverage and CPG experience are useful. Proof you can make exceptional work happen is more important.

SHOW US THE WORK

Submit a portfolio and be ready to walk us through three pieces. Tell us what you personally did, who else was involved, what got difficult and how the final work performed.

9.   An original idea you helped create and carry into the world.

10.   A strong idea from somebody else that you recognized, strengthened and executed.

11.   A difficult production where you balanced ambition, time, budget and multiple strong stakeholders without losing the work.

NO SPECIFIC DEGREE REQUIRED. Your portfolio, judgment, leadership and exact contribution to the work will tell us what we need to know.
