TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MUST READ!)

Haven does not open daily slots for OCRP Commission. Custom designs are only available upon specific request. To check for current availability, please contact Haven directly.

Design Requirements & Plagiarism Policy

When placing an order, please provide a highly detailed and clear explanation of your vision. Make sure you come prepared with a brief storyline or a rough idea of the concept you're going for! Since this is a super exclusive commission made just for you, Haven really needs your input to perfectly bring your vision to reality.

If you have design inspiration, you must cite the original source. STRICT PROHIBITION: Using inspiration from other BA (Business Account/Agency) catalogues is strictly forbidden. Haven reserves the right to decline any custom request if she feels the project is outside our current capacity or expertise.

Payment Terms

Once you have submitted the form, a down payment (DP) of IDR 25,000 is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance (total price depends on the complexity of the design) must be settled after Haven sends you the design preview.

Processing Time & Rush Orders

The standard turnaround time for custom work is 7 to 20 working days (excludes weekends & national holidays). *Please note that Haven does not take rush orders for OCRP commissions. Crafting a masterpiece takes time, and Haven deeply appreciates your patience and understanding.

What to expect when working with Haven:

1. Collaboration: Haven will create everything to your character's vibe, as long as you're ready to communicate and brainstorm together!

2. Pricing & Quality: Rates might be slightly higher than average. This is because Haven doesn't just copy-paste your requests; she adds her own taste to make your OC feel incredibly exclusive.

3. Flexible Budgets: Don't stress about the price! Just let Haven know your budget upfront, and she will find a way to make it work for you.

Brief storyline and your character's vibes

Please include your character's birthdate (including the year), traits, and their current profession, if possible. This helps Haven build their lore accurately.

Design brief and concept

Please be as detailed as possible. Describe the aesthetic, mood, and specific elements you want included. e.g., I want a cover pinned with a vintage postcard theme and some floral elements in it. The text should only be my name (Haven Lee) and a short poem. Also I want the plot template blablabla.
