New Hope 11:45 AM–1:00 PM, Peddler's Village 1:15–6:15 PM, Woodbridge drop-off ~7:35 PM, back at Eltingville ~7:55 PM. Pricing: first 20 paid seats $60 adult / $50 child (12 & under); after the first 20, $65 adult / $55 child. The first 20 paid seats also board first — free Priority Boarding (Boarding Group 1), first pick of seats including the front rows. Transportation only. No other discounts are available on this trip. SIBC members: enter the code from your member email/flyer in the discount code field for $50 flat per guest. The only optional extra is Tour Protection ($7.50 per traveler). Every traveler who rides with us on November 21 earns a $20 Future Experience Credit toward a future Legacy Wise trip.

TOUR PROTECTION — FULL TERMS
1. Tour Protection is an optional cancellation waiver offered by Legacy Wise Experiences for this trip; it is not an insurance policy and not insurance of any kind.
2. Tour Protection costs $7.50 per traveler, the same for adults and children and for both price tiers. It can only be purchased at the time of booking; it cannot be added, changed, or removed afterward. It covers only the travelers purchased for in this booking.
3. Cancel for any reason, with no documentation required, by notifying us before 10:15 AM on Thursday, November 19, 2026 (48 hours before departure), and receive a full refund of the fare paid to Legacy Wise for that traveler — your choice of cash refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days, or Future Experience Credit for the full fare plus a 10% bonus, issued within 1 business day.
4. The $7.50 protection fee is non-refundable, except: if Legacy Wise cancels the trip (including if the trip does not run), the fee is refunded in full together with the fare automatically; or if the guest moves the payment to a rescheduled date, the protection carries over with the booking.
5. Tour Protection covers only amounts paid to Legacy Wise for this trip; it does not cover anything paid to anyone else. This trip includes no event tickets, so a protected refund is the full fare.
6. To cancel, call (929) 515-5159 or reply to the booking confirmation email. The time of the call or email counts.
7. Cancellations after the deadline and no-shows are not covered; the standard cancellation terms apply.
8. Any seat may be transferred to another guest free of charge before departure; the protection stays with the seat.
9. Tour Protection is per traveler: only protected travelers who cancel receive the protected refund.
STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS
30 or more days before departure: full refund less $25 per person. 8–29 days before departure: 50% refund. Inside 7 days of departure: no cash refund; 50% of the fare converts to Future Experience Credit. Seats are transferable to another guest free of charge.
IF THIS TRIP DOESN'T RUN
The go/no-go decision date is Friday, November 6, 2026. If the trip does not run, guests choose: a full refund of everything paid (fare + protection fee), or move the full payment to a rescheduled date at the price paid, or to any other Legacy Wise Experience. No reply within 7 days of the notice means a full refund is issued automatically.
