Welcome to the Birthday Smiles Mail Club, a free birthday card initiative by Beyond Parties & More.

Our mission is to spread joy by sending personalized birthday cards to children throughout the United States.

We are starting small, with a limited number of birthday cards available each month, and hope to grow with the support of our community.

Please note: Registration is open to parents and legal guardians age 18 or older. Submitting a request does not guarantee a birthday card. Families will be contacted if selected.

Information submitted through this form will be used only to review and manage Birthday Smiles Mail Club requests and communicate with parents or legal guardians.

We collect a child's first name, birthday month and day, and upcoming age to help personalize birthday cards.

We do not request children's photographs, school information, or mailing addresses through this initial application.

If your child's request is selected, we will contact you privately by email to arrange delivery.

We will not publish or sell your family's personal information. Form submissions will be accessible only to authorized program administrators and the service providers needed to operate the form. We will retain information only as long as necessary to administer requests and will delete it according to our program's retention practices.
