S6 · Session Worksheet · The Reckoning. The Declaration. The Launch.

This session does not teach anything new. It integrates everything you have built. You arrived knowing you were stuck. You leave knowing exactly who you are, who you serve, how you reach them, and how you lead. Today you say that out loud.

PART 1 — CARRY YOUR WORK FORWARD

The six decisions you made. Write these from the documents you built across the program. This is the architecture of who you are now as a leader.

S2 · My nine words: Vision, Voice, Value

S2 · My positioning statement

S3 · My ideal client avatar in one sentence

S4 · My lane and why it gives me the most access

S5 · My journey archetype and access point

S6 · The pattern I am watching and leaving behind

PART 2 — THE HOT SEAT

The hot seat in Session 6 is not diagnostic. It is revelatory. You are not discovering something new. You are putting into words something you already know.

01 · How were you leading your business before this program? Be specific. What decisions were you avoiding? What were you building toward and why?

02 · What patterns did you see about yourself that kept you from growing? Name it directly.

03 · How will you show up now? Not who you want to be. Who you are deciding to be. What decisions will you make differently?

04 · Are you confident you have the tools and the belief to build the future you described? A genuine yes carries weight. A hesitation carries even more.

PART 3 — THE PATTERN WATCH

After you name your pattern, the group answers one question out loud. Write down what they say.

My pattern, named specifically

What the group said they would say to me if they see me falling back into it

PART 4 — THE 90-DAY LEADERSHIP COMPASS

Three priorities. Leadership level only. These are not tasks. They are decisions about how you lead. They flow from your identity, your avatar, your lane, and your container.

Priority 1 — Who I am leading as. How I will measure alignment with my nine words in the next 90 days.

Priority 2 — Who I am building for. What discipline I am committing to around my ideal client, my lane, and my container.

Priority 3 — How I will stay on course. The monthly question I will ask myself to check whether I am leading from identity or from fear.
