This Partner Agreement is entered into between Pluggd Inn and the undersigned artist.
By signing this Agreement, the Artist agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Pluggd Inn provides music distribution and promotional services for independent musicians. This Agreement establishes the terms under which Pluggd Inn will distribute and promote the Artist’s music while sharing revenue generated from the distribution and promotion of the Artist’s recordings.
All revenue generated from streaming platforms, digital stores, and other monetized distribution channels will be shared according to the following structure:
20% – Distribution Fee (Pluggd Inn Distribution)
40% – Artist Revenue
40% – Pluggd Inn Promotion
The distribution fee of 20% is deducted for distribution services. The remaining 80% of revenue is then split equally between the Artist and Pluggd Inn’s promotional services.
This results in the following final split:
Artist: 40%
Pluggd Inn Promotion: 40%
Distribution Fee: 20%
The Artist retains 100% ownership of all music, master recordings, copyrights, and intellectual property submitted to Pluggd Inn.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Artist’s music to Pluggd Inn. Pluggd Inn is granted only the right to distribute and promote the music during the duration of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies only to artists using Pluggd Inn distribution services. Artists must distribute their music through the Pluggd Inn platform in order to participate in the promotional revenue-sharing program.
Artists will have access to revenue reports, streaming analytics, and payment tracking through their Artist Dashboard when they log into their account.
The Artist agrees that:
• The Artist owns 100% of the rights to all music submitted for distribution.
• The music does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• The Artist will not distribute music owned by other artists under their account.
• The Artist will not add or represent other artists under their profile within this Agreement.
Any violation of these conditions may result in termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement does not have a fixed duration. The Agreement will remain active until terminated by either the Artist or Pluggd Inn according to the termination terms stated below.
Either the Artist or Pluggd Inn may terminate this Agreement at any time. However, the terminating party must provide three (3) months written notice.
Termination will take effect exactly three months after the termination request is submitted.
During the notice period, the current revenue split of 40% Artist, 40% Pluggd Inn Promotion, and 20% Distribution Fee will remain active.
After the termination becomes effective, the promotion agreement ends and the revenue split will revert to the standard distribution split of 80% to the Artist and 20% to Pluggd Inn for distribution services.
Pluggd Inn reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Company decides it is no longer interested in promoting the Artist or if the Artist violates any part of this Agreement.
Artists will be able to monitor earnings, streams, and performance analytics through their Pluggd Inn dashboard.
Payments will be distributed based on revenue received from digital platforms through Pluggd Inn distribution services.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America and the Federal Republic of Nigeria where applicable.
