This form should be completed only by the corresponding submitter for an individual paper, or by the panel organizer for a panel submission. Once an individual paper or panel proposal is accepted, the conference organizers will notify the corresponding submitter or panel organizer by email and provide instructions for registration and payment. All participants planning to attend the conference (if applicable) need to register individually and submit registration fee. And participants who have not previously provided their personal information will be asked to do so during registration. Upon completion of registration, participants will receive their invitation letters by email.
