If you are reading this, you have probably already done more work on yourself than most people around you will ever do.

Come Back to Her™ is my 1:1 somatic coaching container for women who are ready to stop performing their growth and start living it.

This is what we work toward together:

Stopping the performance. Not managing stress but releasing it at the level where it has been living.

Building real capacity. The ability to hold intensity, pleasure, rest, and uncertainty without collapsing or going numb.

Meeting the parts of you that have been running the show, the shame, the should's, the version of you that learned to override everything, with something other than judgment.

Uncoupling pleasure from guilt, rest from productivity, sensitivity from weakness.

Coming home to your body. Not as a project. Not as a problem. As the place you actually live.

This is not beginner work. It is for the woman who has already done the therapy and senses that the next layer lives somewhere it could not quite reach.

INVESTMENT NOTE

Before we get to practicalities, I want to tell you what this actually is.

Come Back to Her™ is not a coaching package. It is a living container. You receive fortnightly 1:1 sessions, each one built around where you are that week, not a fixed curriculum. Between sessions you have direct access to me via voice note and message. You do not wait two weeks to process what came up. You bring it to me in real time and we work with it while it is alive in your body.

You also receive a personal library of somatic practices and exercises, built specifically for you as we go. Practices that meet your exact nervous system, your patterns, your life. Things you can return to at 6am, at 11pm, in the car before a difficult meeting. The work does not live only in our sessions. It lives in your body, in your week, in the moments that used to undo you.

You also get my 15 years of pattern recognition. I have sat with hundreds of women who look exactly like you do right now. I know the shortcuts. I know where the work actually lives versus where the mind wants to take it. I know what moves and what is just more understanding layered on top of understanding that is already there.

Women do not leave this container with more insight. They leave living differently. In their bodies. In their relationships. In the rooms that used to cost them everything.

That is what the investment reflects.

Come Back to Her™ is available in two containers:

Foundation — 4 months, fortnightly sessions: AED 2,200/ month

Deep Roots — 6 months, fortnightly sessions: AED 2,000 / month

If 1:1 work is not the right fit for where you are right now, there are other ways into this work. My workshops and online programme are a real starting point. This form is specifically for the 1:1 container.
