Teams of four, 18 teams, 72 places. Entries close 30 April 2027, or earlier if we fill up.
This form books a whole team of four — full teams only. Can't make up a four? Email josh.boxall@bxlconsulting.co.uk anyway: teams lose a player now and then, and we'll let you know if a place comes up.
£65 covers coffee and a breakfast bap on arrival, eighteen holes, lunch afterwards and the on-course competitions. Every penny of profit goes to Dementia UK.

Buggies are hired from Wellshurst and are not included in the entry fee. The club has a limited number, so we allocate them on need rather than preference. If someone in your team would struggle to get round without one, please say and we will confirm availability and cost.
