The Scale Advisor Priority Access Membership, provides each member with up to 1 hour of free customized support, focused on your objectives, operational needs, and project lifecycle. Sessions are typically available as soon as 24 hours, depending on scheduling. Any unused time will expire at the end of the 30‑day purchase period.

The Prioritized Member Access program allows you to connect with our advisors who can support concerns beyond customizing your alignment with dedicated experts.

Depending on the complexity of your concerns, we may respond by email or invite you to schedule a virtual office hours session to discuss them further. Members may receive up to one hour of support, available in 15-minute increments. (Long form messages may count towards a time block.)
