• Performance-Based Remuneration: Secretariat members will receive remuneration of up to ₹450 per delegate recruited,

• Official Recognition: All selected members will receive an official Letter of Appointment from The Astral Collaborative.

• Appreciation & Recommendation Letters: High-performing members will receive Letters of Appreciation, while exceptional contributors will be awarded a prestigious Letter of Recommendation from The Astral Collaborative.
