Non-delivery: If ClarittyLab fails to deliver your report within twice the stated delivery window (96 hours for Basic/Pro, 7 days for Premium/Elite) without prior notification, you are entitled to a full refundTechnical failure: If a scheduled video consultation cannot take place due to a technical fault on ClarittyLab's side and cannot be rescheduled within 7 days, a partial refund equivalent to 50% of the session value will be offered
What does not qualify for a refund
Dissatisfaction with the recommendations or conclusions of the analysisChange of mind after questionnaire submissionFailure to attend a scheduled consultation without 24 hours' noticeIncomplete or inaccurate questionnaire responses that affected the quality of the analysisDecisions made by the client based on our analysis that did not produce the desired outcome
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@clarittylab.com within 7 days of the delivery date. ClarittyLab will review and respond to all refund requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClarittyLab's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
ClarittyLab shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damagesLoss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savingsEmotional distress, relationship breakdown, or personal harm resulting from decisions made following our analysisAny outcome — financial, personal, professional, or relational — resulting from a decision the client made after receiving our analysisAny third-party actions, claims, or losses connected to the client's decisionTechnical failures, delays, or interruptions outside ClarittyLab's reasonable control
You are responsible for your decisions. ClarittyLab provides analysis and structured recommendations. The final decision in every case belongs entirely to the client. We accept no liability whatsoever for the outcomes of decisions made by clients, regardless of whether those decisions aligned with our recommendations.
08Intellectual Property
All content produced by ClarittyLab — including analysis reports, PDF documents, frameworks, methodologies, templates, website content, and any materials delivered during video consultations — remains the intellectual property of ClarittyLab.
Upon payment, the client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use their analysis report for their own private decision-making purposes only. This licence does not permit:
Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of the report with third partiesCommercial use of any analysis, framework, or methodology contained in the reportPublication of any portion of the report online or in any media without written consentUse of the report as the basis for any commercial product or service
ClarittyLab retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated, and de-identified insights from client analyses to improve its frameworks and services. No personally identifiable information will be used for this purpose.
09 Confidentiality
ClarittyLab treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the contents of any questionnaire, analysis report, or video consultation to any third party, except as required by law.
In return, the client agrees not to publicly disclose, share, or publish the specific methodology, scoring frameworks, or analytical structures used in their report, as these constitute proprietary business information of ClarittyLab.
Testimonials may only be used with the client's explicit written consent. Any testimonial used will include only the client's first name and the general category of decision (e.g. "career decision") unless the client authorises further detail in writing.
10 Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
For Premium and Elite clients with scheduled video consultations:
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled sessionEach client is entitled to one free reschedule per service purchaseA second reschedule request may be accommodated at ClarittyLab's discretion and may incur an administrative fee of €30Failure to attend a scheduled session without 24 hours' notice will be treated as a completed session with no right to reschedule or refundIf ClarittyLab needs to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and offer a new slot within 5 business days
11 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ClarittyLab services to:
Submit false or misleading information with the intent to manipulate the analysisHarass, abuse, or threaten any ClarittyLab staff member or contractorAttempt to circumvent our payment systems or access paid services without paymentUse our services for any unlawful purposeReverse-engineer, replicate, or commercially reproduce our analytical frameworks
ClarittyLab reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, and retain payment if a client is found to have violated these acceptable use conditions.
12 Force Majeure
ClarittyLab shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, power outages, internet service interruptions, platform failures, or any other event constituting force majeure.
In such cases, ClarittyLab will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and will make reasonable efforts to resume service delivery at the earliest opportunity. No refunds will be issued solely on the basis of a force majeure event, though delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.
13 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of ClarittyLab services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication in good faith.
All disputes must be submitted in writing to support@clarittylab.com within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ClarittyLab will respond within 14 business days with a proposed resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate to mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed mediating body. ClarittyLab is not obligated to participate in arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the courts of Queensland, Australia, regardless of the client's country of residence.
14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
15 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between ClarittyLab and the client with respect to the use of our services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
No verbal commitments, representations, or promises made during any consultation or communication shall constitute a modification of these Terms unless confirmed in writing by ClarittyLab.
