By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I am responsible for my own setup, equipment, supplies, permits, licenses, and insurance (if applicable), as well as the cleanup of my vendor area. I agree to follow all event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Moving Forward With Hope, Inc. and event staff.
I understand that all vendor fees are non-refundable and that the event will be held rain or shine.
I further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Moving Forward With Hope, Inc., its organizers, volunteers, and the event venue from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in this event.
This includes, but is not limited to, any loss, theft, or damage to my property, as well as any injury to myself, my staff, or others resulting from my participation.
