Workshop Facilitator Application — INIT 2026

Section 1 — Before You Apply

INIT's workshop program is one of the most alive parts of what we're building. On a 67-acre property on Mt. Tuam — in the forest, under the sky, in spaces that breathe — workshops hit differently than they do in a studio or conference room. We want facilitators who feel that and bring something worth feeling.

We're looking for people with genuine skill, a real practice, and the ability to hold space for a community that's paying attention. In 2026 we offer a general admission ticket in return for your contribution. We can't offer facilitator fees or materials budgets. If that works for where you're at — we'd love to hear what you're bringing.

What you contribute
Workshop facilitation — 1 or more sessions during the festival
What you receive
1 general admission ticket + 1 guest pass

No cash payment in 2026. If your workshop requires exceptional materials investment, compensation may be discussed with the Festival Coordinator — this is not the norm and is not advertised.

Section 2 — Commitment Agreement
