By joining The Remembrance Egypt Tour, you acknowledge that your participation in any or all activities, including but not limited to site seeing, yoga, breathwork, meditation, restorative movement, group sharing, and any other offered practice, is entirely voluntary. You are free to participate at your own pace and discretion.
You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the retreat. You understand the importance of listening to your body, honoring your limits, and communicating any discomfort or concern to the facilitators.
By participating, you confirm that you are in a suitable physical and mental condition to engage in site seeing and tour activities, and you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies in this registration form.
This tour is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
If you are under medical care, you acknowledge that you have consulted with your healthcare provider prior to traveling and participating.
You understand that participation in traveling, healing and movement sessions may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, movement, emotional release or unforeseen reactions. By joining, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:
Elias Farroukh (Elijah), Sara Nasr, Lamya Borro, and Hesham Basyouni as facilitators and organizers of the Remembrance Egypt Tour, as well all tour operators and participants, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your traveling and participation whether before, during, or after the Egypt Tour May 7 to 17, 2027.
Emotional & Energetic Work
You acknowledge that your emotional or introspective experience is personal and no specific results are guaranteed.
You are fully responsible for your personal belongings before and during travel. The facilitators and organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
