Pet Care Details Agreement

This agreement supports safe, well-planned pet care and helps avoid misunderstandings. It does not replace Mad Paws bookings, payments, or insurance coverage. Mad Paws owner and sitter accident cover continues to apply, as outlined here: madpaws.com.au/about/mad-paws-accident-cover

This agreement confirms care details and responsibilities that are not fully captured within the Mad Paws platform. This agreement applies to the entire booking. Pet-specific care details are completed separately for each pet within this agreement.

Booking & Property Details

Property access details

Please provide all access instructions required to enter and exit the property, including keys, lockboxes, alarm codes, or special instructions.

Security cameras & recording devices:

Please list device locations:

I confirm that all security cameras, microphones, or recording devices on the property have been disclosed, and that no cameras, microphones, or recording devices are installed or active in private areas used by the sitter, including sleeping, bathroom, or changing areas.

Supervision & availability acknowledgement:

I understand that constant (24-hour) supervision is not provided. Pet care, including feeding, walks, and companionship, will be provided in line with the sitter’s schedule as discussed prior to booking.

Property occupancy during the booking:

I confirm that no other individuals will stay at or regularly access the property during the booking period, other than the sitter, unless discussed and agreed in advance.

Exclusive care provision arragements:

I confirm that the sitter will be the sole provider of pet care services during the booking period, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
