CONSENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. General Conduct
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner. I understand that any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or failure to follow provided guidelines may result in my removal from the event or activity.
2. Substance Use
I acknowledge that the possession, consumption, use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the event. I understand that any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal and potential legal consequences.
3. Photography and Recording
I grant permission for the image, likeness, and voice of the collaborators and event attendees to be photographed, recorded, or otherwise captured during the event. I understand that these materials may be used for documentation, promotional purposes. I waive any rights to compensation or claims related to their use.
4. Liability Waiver
I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in this event. I agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from my participation. I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and well-being.
5. Legal Release
I understand and accept that by participating in this event, I waive the right to pursue any claims, legal actions, or demands against the event organizers and affiliated parties for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages to my person or property that may occur before, during, or after the event on October 29, 2026.
