EU Homeschool P.E. Program 2026-2027 Enrollment Application

Thank you for your interest in the Evangel University Homeschool Physical Education Program. Our program provides engaging, developmentally appropriate physical education experiences for homeschool students while preparing future physical educators through supervised teaching experiences.

Program at a Glance • Location: Evangel University • Class Days: Mondays & Wednesdays • Class Time: 11:00-11:50 AM • Grade Groups: K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-12th grade • Cost: $25 per student (due upon acceptance)

Important Dates • August 2, 2026: Applications close for Fall 2026 • August 7, 2026: Enrollment notifications will be emailed • August 14, 2026: Payment is due to reserve your child's spot • September 14, 2026: First day of class

Before You Apply • Applications must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. • Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. • Applications are reviewed after the application deadline. Enrollment decisions are based on program capacity and creating the best possible learning environment for all participants.
