Please read the following policies carefully before submitting your request. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these expectations.
VIDEO EDITING POLICY
1. Footage & File Delivery
Clients are responsible for providing all footage, files, logos, brand assets, music, references, and other materials needed for the edit. All footage must be uploaded and organized in the agreed-upon folder before editing begins. Editing turnaround begins once all required footage and materials have been received.
2. Single Video & 5-Video Package
For editing services, all footage submitted for the selected project should be provided together whenever possible.
• Single Video: One short-form video edit based on the footage provided.
• 5-Video Package: Up to 5 short-form videos created from the footage provided.
For packages requiring multiple videos from the same filming session, please provide all footage at one time so the content can be planned and edited efficiently.
3. Clip Length
Each edited short-form video should generally be under 60 seconds, unless otherwise discussed and approved before editing begins.
4. Revisions
Each included revision is intended for reasonable changes such as text or caption corrections, minor timing adjustments, small clip replacements, and minor editing/style adjustments. Major changes, completely different concepts, or requests requiring the video to be rebuilt may be considered an additional edit and may require an additional fee.
5. Same-Day Editing
Same-day editing is available only when specifically agreed upon in advance. If requested, all footage and necessary assets must be provided before the agreed start time, and the client must remain available for communication and approvals throughout the editing process. Same-day turnaround does not guarantee unlimited revisions or additional videos beyond the agreed scope.
📱 CONTENT DAY POLICY
1. Location Safety
The client is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and appropriate filming location. Locations must have adequate space for filming and must not put the client, creator, equipment, or anyone involved in the session at unnecessary risk. If a location is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable, the session may need to be relocated or rescheduled.
2. Punctuality
Please arrive on time and ready to film at the scheduled start time. Your session time begins at the scheduled appointment time, not when you arrive. Late arrival may reduce the amount of filming time available and may result in fewer pieces of content being captured or completed. If you know you are going to be late, please communicate as soon as possible.
3. Communication
Clear and timely communication is extremely important. Clients are expected to respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe, provide requested information/materials promptly, communicate schedule changes early, be clear about expectations, and remain available for approvals. Poor or delayed communication may affect the project timeline and delivery date.
4. Content Preparation
Clients are encouraged to arrive prepared with any important talking points, offers, products, services, outfits, props, or content ideas they want included. If you need help planning your content, direction and creative guidance can be provided during the session.
5. Content Deliverables
Your selected package includes the specific number of edited videos listed in the service description. Additional videos, extensive reshoots, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
6. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to film at the selected location and that any people, businesses, products, music, logos, or other materials used in the content are permitted for use.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
Your project timeline depends on your footage, communication, availability, and approvals.
