The Peace of Mine Project

Welcome to The Peace of Mine Project: A 10-Week Journey from Overwhelm to Peace

You take care of everyone else. You hold everything together. But somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with yourself.

The Peace of Mine Project is a 10-week guided experience led by Latisha Gray, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), and Dania Menardi, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), designed to help women understand what's fueling their overwhelm, break unhealthy patterns, create healthier boundaries, reconnect with themselves and their faith, and intentionally create more peace.

The program meets virtually via Zoom for 90 minutes every Saturday from 9:30 am to 11:00 am for 10 weeks, beginning September 26, 2026.

What you will Receive

During your 10-week experience, you’ll receive:

10 live, interactive virtual group sessions in a supportive community of women who understand what it feels like to carry a lot.
A deeper understanding of your burnout patterns and the experiences, expectations, family roles, and beliefs that may have contributed to them.
A guided Peace of Mine workbook with reflection exercises, journal prompts, assessments, and practical tools you can continue using beyond the program.
Tools to recognize people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, and unhealthy coping patterns that may be keeping you exhausted or overwhelmed.
Practical boundary-setting strategies to help you protect your time, energy, relationships, and emotional well-being—without constantly feeling guilty.
Opportunities to explore your identity beyond what you do for everyone else and reconnect with your own needs, values, desires, and goals.
Faith-centered reflection and encouragement as we explore the difference between carrying everything yourself and learning to trust, release, and make room for God.
Practical strategies for creating sustainable peace that can be incorporated into your everyday life, relationships, work, and family.
A supportive community and intentional space to be poured into instead of always being the one doing the pouring.*
