Join Podium as an Operator

For founders, builders & startup generalists who love solving hard problems.

About us Podium is the connection platform for women on non-linear paths, globally.

We provide the social infrastructure to find peers who are in it with her, who she didn't have to get lucky to find. The right people, at the right moment, for a career and life on her terms.

Our goal: every woman on a non-linear path has her accomplices, no matter where she lives, what she's navigating, or how full her life is.

Why now? We're about to launch our mobile app, and we're looking for an Operator to join the team.

You'll jump between product, operations, member support, AI, growth, and whatever else needs solving that week. Some days you'll be testing features, other days you'll be helping a member, fixing a broken process, or working directly with the founders to make the business better.

Who we're looking for We're particularly interested in people who have built something before, founders, entrepreneurs, or operators who've worked in early-stage startups. People who are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and don't mind getting their hands dirty.

If you love building, taking ownership, and being part of a small team trying to create something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

Personal Information

Section 1: About your building journey

Tell us about the company you built.

Share a brief overview of your business:

What problem were you solving? How long did you work on it? What stage did it reach (customers, revenue, funding, team size, etc.)? What was your role?

What happened to the business?

Whether you sold it, shut it down, stepped away, or are still running it, we'd love to understand the story. What were the key turning points? What would you do differently today? What is the biggest lesson you carry with you?

We're interested in how you think and how you've grown.
