During the session, we plan to outline our transition from "only" collecting and disseminating warning data to leveraging that same information to pursue accountability for international humanitarian law violations. We'll discuss the different data types we use, and share insights and learnings from Hala's decade-long experience spanning Syria and Ukraine.
