I'm developing more consistent reflective habits and asking harder questions of myself. My development is increasingly self-directed but I still rely heavily on external frameworks and prompts to structure my thinking.

My reflection is mostly surface-level and event-driven. My self-perception and actual behaviour aren't always aligned but I don't yet have the habits to notice that gap consistently.

Self-knowledge is the foundation of everything I do. I create conditions for honest reflection in the coaches around me. I am, in the truest sense, a student of my own practice.
