This is wellness, science, and prevention in a single practice. We take one of the oldest things the body knows how to do, and we make it proven and safe, so people can build real resilience and protect their health long before anything goes wrong.
The proof is real, and it is published. It comes from more than a decade of metabolic research by Dr. Susanna Søberg, peer-reviewed in Cell Metabolism and Cell Reports Medicine, and carried to a global audience through platforms like Huberman Lab and the Joe Rogan Experience, a book in fourteen languages, and a community of more than 400,000 people and trained instructors across 25 countries.
We are now building the company that brings this to people at scale, with our own flagship experiences, and a licensed partner network. The science is built. The brand is built. The audience is built. What we are building now is the business that delivers it, and the person who builds it with Dr. Søberg.
THE ROLE
Dr. Søberg is the scientific authority and the public face. She owns the science, the programs, and the standards that protect quality. The Co-Founder and COO owns how the business gets built and run.
That means leading the flagship build from site to launch, managing the raise alongside her, closing partner relationships, building the operational backbone, and growing the team. It means holding an investor conversation and a partner negotiation in the same week as decisions on fit-out and hiring. This is a remote-first role, with extended time on the ground through the build and launch.
WHO YOU ARE
You have built or scaled something physical before, ideally spaces of your own, a studio, a wellness or hospitality concept, or a premium retail operation. You understand science-led brands and why the methodology matters.
You are commercially strong. You can talk to investors, structure deals, and build relationships that last, and early-stage fundraising experience is a real advantage. You are US-based, with US and global reach. You have opinions and you voice them. You are looking for something to co-own, not a brief to execute.
WHAT WE OFFER
A meaningful co-founder equity stake and the title of Co-Founder and COO. Full terms are discussed directly, based on experience and contribution.
You would build on a brand with a global community, published research behind it, and a protected methodology, with the runway and the conviction to build for real ownership.
