Now we are building the commercial expression of that science.

We are pre-seed, with the app in build and no external investment to date.
WHAT WE NEED
The science is built. The brand is built. The audience is built. The app is being built. What we need now is the person who builds the business around all of it.
Susanna is the scientific authority and the public face, the pull for media and investors. She builds the programs, oversees the science, and creates the staff training that protects quality.
The Co-Founder and COO is the person who makes things happen, who leads the studio build from location to launch, manages the raise with her, closes licensed partner relationships, builds the operational infrastructure, and grows the team. Someone who understands that running this business means holding investor conversations and partner negotiations in the same week as decisions about fit-out specifications and staff hiring.
This is a remote-first role, though the studio build and launch phases require extended time on the ground.
WHO YOU ARE
You have built or scaled something physical before, a studio, a wellness concept, a hospitality brand, or a retail operation. Ideally, you have opened your own spaces. You know what it takes to open a space and make it work, and you bring that experience with genuine humility rather than assumption. You understand science-backed brands, and you get why the methodology matters.
You are commercially strong. You can talk to investors, structure deals, and build relationships that last. Experience with early-stage fundraising is a real advantage. This is a founder-stage role, so compensation is equity-led until we close the round, with cash introduced after funding. The full package is discussed based on experience and contribution. You have the runway and the conviction to build for ownership in that window.
You are US-based, with US and global experience. You can join within 90 days. You have opinions and you voice them. You are looking for something to co-own, not a brief to execute.
WHAT WE OFFER
A meaningful co-founder equity stake, negotiable based on experience and contribution. Four-year vesting, one-year cliff. The opportunity to increase your equity through personal investment on the same terms as the seed round.
The title of Co-Founder and COO, and the chance to build something that is already moving: the world's first science-validated system to measure and train stress and metabolism through contrast therapy.
You will build on a brand with a global community, a proprietary dataset, formulas, trademarks, and a licensed methodology, all founded on fifteen years of published research.
