We’re looking for a who believes great websites aren’t just built, they’re a result of being intentional with delightful product.

If you care about the details, if you can feel when a layout just , and if you find satisfaction in turning design ideas into seamless digital experiences, you’ll fit right in.

You should be comfortable working with and building , but what matters most is your instinct for creating something people remember, not just something that “works.”

This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 job. It’s a space for who want to experiment, learn, and ship beautiful work on flexible schedules ,as long as the output is exceptional.

What You’ll Do

1. Build and maintain high-performance WordPress websites with a focus on design precision and user experience.

2. Develop and customize themes and white-label plugins to create tailored solutions.

3. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and automation engineers to bring digital ideas to life.

4. Prioritize aesthetic balance, responsiveness, and speed optimization.

5. Manage hosting, version control, email creation, etc.

6. Implement programmatic content generation , building multiple pages dynamically from Excel or Google Sheets data. What You Bring

1. Strong grasp of PHP, WordPress core, and plugin/theme development.

2. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. A design-sensitive mindset. You care about typography, spacing, and rhythm.

4. Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or data-driven content workflows.

5. Curiosity and willingness to learn new frameworks or tools.

6. You’re a gifted undergrad, pre-NYSC, NYSC, or ≤2 years post-NYSC developer who loves to build and experiment.

Bonus Points (Not Compulsory)

1. Experience building programmatic pages or data-driven websites from spreadsheets or databases.

2.Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
