Phase 2: The Feeling Band Frequencies:

Using this spectrum of emotions what would you say you predominantly experience life as like overall right now? (Select the one that feels the most accurate to your lived experience)

The Crushed Band — The Vibe: Utterly defeated and wanting to disappear. You feel fundamentally broken or destructive toward yourself. (Deep shame, or ashamed, wanting to hide).

The Burdened Band — The Vibe: The heaviest state of responsibility. You feel like everything is your fault or you are constantly to blame. (Deep guilt, feeling constantly at fault).

The Empty Band — The Vibe: Complete energetic drain. The tank is totally empty and you've simply given up. (Despair, hopeless, feeling like "what's the point?").

The Heavy Band — The Vibe: Weighed down by heartache. Changing the situation feels impossible because of what has been lost. (Profound loss, deep sadness, grief).

The Anxious Band — The Vibe: The world feels frightening. Even if things are okay right now, your mind is racing to figure out what might go wrong next. (Constant worry, feeling unsafe, strong aversion to the unknown).

The Craving Band — The Vibe: The "I'll be happy when..." mindset. You are highly driven, but it comes from a feeling of emptiness or lack that constantly needs to be filled. (Never feeling satisfied, enslavement to your goals).

The Reactive Band — The Vibe: Boiling over. It feels like people are actively working against you or intentionally getting in your way. (People are constantly pushing your buttons, making your blood boil, keeping you tense).

The Untouchable Band — The Vibe: Exhausted by incompetence. You are surrounded by people who can't do anything right, so you just have to do everything yourself. (Feeling superior, nobody understands you, and honestly, they never could).

The Catalyst Band — The Vibe: The turning point. The world might be a mess, but you’re waking up deciding to sort it out regardless. (Empowered, knowing a situation will suck but taking charge and dealing with it anyway).

The Grounded Band — The Vibe: True stability. You aren't fiercely craving an outcome, nor are you terrified of it. (Core certainty, taking responsibility, releasing rigid control).

The Flow Band — The Vibe: The "I'll give it a try" mindset. You are optimistic and looking for solutions instead of fighting reality. (Open-minded, eager, seeing the silver lining).

The Receptive Band — The Vibe: You've dropped the tug-of-war rope. You accept situations and people as they are without needing to force them to change. (Forgiving, harmonious, embracing reality).

The Intellectual Band — The Vibe: The desire for logic and profound truth. The emotional volatility is gone, replaced by analysis. (Highly objective, deep synthesis, finding profound meaning).

The Heart Band — The Vibe: A spontaneous outpouring of care without expecting anything in return. (Deeply compassionate, unconditional care, feeling a warm connection to everything).

The Radiant Band — The Vibe: An enduring, internal happiness that doesn't depend on external circumstances. (Serene, awe, unshakeable gratitude).

The Transcendent Band — The Vibe: The turbulent inner monologue is gone, replaced by profound tranquility. (Bliss, absolute stillness, a quiet mind).

The Ineffable Band — The Vibe: Beyond words. The ultimate peak of pure existence and oneness. (Unity, pure presence, formless).

Some of us go our entire lives without figuring this out. There are some of you who will have know this since you were born.
