ARCA Track Session RSVP

​Our weekly track session focuses on improving pace, speed, and running efficiency. This is a structured training session rather than a social run, designed to help you push your limits in a supportive environment. ​The workout is interval based: running at a higher pace than usual, followed by recovery, repeated over several rounds. You run at your own level, making the session suitable for beginners and advanced runners alike. ​All levels are welcome, and runners from all backgrounds and nationalities are invited.
