Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media marketing activities including content posting, engagement,
and influencer collaborations.
• Identify, connect, and coordinate with influencers for barter and paid collaborations.
• Coordinate with influencer agencies for collaborations and partnerships.
• Handle customer queries professionally and promptly through chat as well as calls.
• Create and maintain content calendars, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data management on Excel.
• Support operational and administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth
coordination across teams.
• Collaborate with the team and proactively take initiative to learn and contribute to
new projects.
